I cannot find point shoes on your site. Do you carry them?
As a dancer, I can share point shoes should not be purchased online. We do offer fittings at our Jackson location (Jackson Premium Outlets) by appointment. I recommend you are fitted for point shoes prior to making a purchase.

Has my order been sent yet ?
All items ship within 5-7 business days, sooner if the item is in stock. If you have not received your item in 10 business days, please contact us by email so we may locate your order. Please have your order number so that we may locate your order in our system.

Part of my order is missing
Although we take great care in scanning your items while packing your order, if there is an item missing please contact us immediately by email with your order number. We will revisit the order and locate your item immediately.

Which methods of payments can I use?
As we are a small business, we can only accept the forms of payment identified on the payment page.

Would you recommend shopping online?
Our site has been secured for your shopping ease, if you are referring to making payments. If you are referring to sizing and styles, I recommend you contact your studio director for as much information as possible before ordering online. Please note, we do have sizing at our physical location, if needed. Dance shoes are often not sized the same as street shoes.

What is your return policy?
We do offer a thirty (30) day return policy. Shoes must be unworn. Apparel and accessories must be in their original packaging with tags. You will be refunded 5-7 business days after receipt of the return. You will be notified by email if there is an issue with the item returned. Please use your best judgment. If the item needs to be returned to you, following a return, you must pick up the item at our physical location or send a pre-paid return label from the carrier of your choice.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

I forgot to use my discount code
Oh No! If you are local, please bring your order, order number which includes the date of purchase and your discount code. If the code was valid at the time of your purchase we can issue a store credit. Unfortunately, we would only be able to do this at our physical location in the Jackson Premium Outlets, Jackson, New Jersey.

Is there a regular date for "walk-in" sizing?
Yes. However, the $20 fee will apply. Please note this fee is applied directly to your purchase or order. Just prior to the start of the dance season, competition season and recital season we will announce "fitting frenzies". Be sure to get on our email list.
